It takes many efforts calling to get lucky to be answered eventually. So keep trying till you get lucky. However, you may still forward your enquiries via email and still get a response almost immediately. Better you send them an email.

Hey! Just relax.. You're almost there, done and dusted. Wait for the next few days or couple of weeks at most.

That is a confirmation.
I hope I am invited for that ceremony.
Earlier on I projected that there'll be a ceremony for late February and with the look of things now, there's the possibility that a moderate number of approved applicants (from all the counties country-wide) will be holding on March 4th in County Waterford, then, another large number of approved applicants citizenship ceremony to hold sometime late in April 2016.
@KingdomMan, if you were to speculate judging from experience how many weeks to the ceremony will the date be published on inis's site? (roughly)

Your application is currently being processed with a view to establishing
whether it meets the statutory conditions for the granting of
naturalisation, such as good character and lawful residence, and will be
submitted to the Minister for decision as expeditiously as possible.

It is recognised that all applicants for citizenship would wish to have a
decision on their application without delay.

As well as being a significant event in the life of the recipient, the
granting of Irish citizenship through naturalisation as provided for in law
is also a major step for the State which confers certain rights and
entitlements not only within the State but also at European Union level and
it is important that appropriate procedures are in place to preserve the
integrity of the process.

This letter/email indicates that the application is still at Second stage (Garda vetting and other dept checks). In my candid opinion, barring any complexity, you may still have to wait for the next 2 - 4 months for an approval. Just my personal opinion and who knows, your wait could be earlier than thought. Good luck!
Hi
After this email , its clearly you must get your approval within 1 or 2 weeks?

INIS will publish a ceremony date when they start issuing invitations out to approved applicants who've duly paid the required fee as applicable and submitted other relevant document. This publication could be around 4 - 6 weeks before the actual ceremony.

YES! That's authentic and most likely a letter conveying the decision of the minister's intent for the grant of your naturalisation certificate (approval). Good news in the post soon.. Keep us posted please!

Yeah i agree! Its so hard to contact them. Either the line is busy, or they will just let the phone ring and dont even bother answering. But yeah, just keep on trying. Have the same experienced with them a few days ago before i pass my application.
