Name mis spelt in Passport

All my certificates quote " Naveen K Das", the indian passport mandates that the initial be expanded , unfortunately what should been "Naveen Krishna Das" in the passport ended up as " Naveen Krishnadas"

1) is this an issue
2)i will be filling by the 20th so i cant change the passport at this time moreover i took my ielts exam and that quotes the missspelt passport
3)Would a affidavit which is notorised by a notary public help?
4)If i were to go ahead with 3) is there any other pieces of evidences that i need to provide like notarised passport copy or something like that ?

Any solutions and replies .... i was adviced by 1 lawyer that the affidavit would complicate the matter and that its a simple thing and the name wont cause a problem
