In addition, is there a way in the ukvi rules for which you could avoid to pay twice the health surcharge - the health surcharge is very recent now, it is unfair for the fee to be paid twice. The immigration health surcharge has to be paid for each application that is made. You will not be able to submit an application at all if the IHS is not paid. It is not HO that chooses for you to change sponsors if you still have a valid visa with another sponsor.
