ilr apply . need your help

hi to all
i am little confused regarding my ILR application date.
my initial tier 1 general visa granted on 8 march 2011.so my 5 years will be completed on 8 march 2016.
so can i apply 28 days before ?
question no. my 5 years will be counted from initial date of application or initial date of visa granted ?

Date of visa issue.

What date did you enter the UK?

No sooner than 28 days before 8 March.
