If you were studying a degree level course, yes. If not, no.cheryl_menezes wrote:I had a query whether the period from 05/09/2011 to 12/04/2013 its level 5 will that be calculated towards degree
If the visa was issued for degree level study, it will be counted.cheryl_menezes wrote:Degree level courses are calculated as per NQF level if its NQF level 6 or 7 then it will be calculated as degree level is that right
so even if i have lowered my level it should or shouldn't be calculated in the 5 year cap
As you have already said, it depends on the NQF level.cheryl_menezes wrote:Is ACCA a degree level study
Again, if the CAS was issued for a degree level course, yes. If not, no. I don't know how else to say it. If you do not understand this, I advised speaking to the Tier 4 sponsor with whom you intend to do further study. They will need to do the calculation before deciding whether to issue a CAS, so they best ask them.cheryl_menezes wrote:Thats exactly what i wanted to confirm I started ACCA NQF Level 6 within 4 months the college went bankrupt and within 60 days I applied again in LSBF they issued CAS NQF level 5 and i applied for a new visa that is from 05/09/2011 to 12/04/2013 so thats what my question is this one year 4 months will that be calculated in the five year cap
As you correctly said earlier yourself, "Degree level courses are calculated as per NQF level if its NQF level 6 or 7 then it will be calculated as degree level".cheryl_menezes wrote:sorry about this what do you mean by degree level course I have clearly mentioned cas issued by lsbf ACCA level 5 should it be calculated in 5 year cap yes or no is my simple question
