Years of experience for skills assessment?

I have a Diploma and a Degree in Computer Science and have a little confusion about my years of Job experience and here is the breakdown of my details:

1- I got my Diploma in SW engineering in 03 Sep 2002
2- Joined a company in June 2003 as a computer professional.
3- Obtained my 3 years Bachelors Degree in IT in Oct '2005.

My question is, will my experience be counted after I joined the company or after I obtained my Degree?
