visa application processed but still no call for passport

hi my 3 months of waiting finished on 18/01/2016 i emailed them on 26/01/2016 they said that the application is processed and they will call you to collect your passport very soon but we haven't heard anything yet, and we got our documents back from Sheffield 22/01/2016.
so shall i email them again and escalate the case? or wait

I would escalate again, sometimes the decision from Sheffield to the VAC is painfully slow, my decision was made on the 4th January and my wife got a call on the 20th Jan. so 16 days in total.

I would call rather than email if you can. Thats what i did and it seemed to push them a bit more.
