Hello frnds,

My WP is expiring on 10-December-2007 so My employer had to send it for extension. It is now with Home office. Meanwhile, I have got my HSMP approval letter.Do you see any issues with this kind of situation please? I think i can still file FLR (HSMP) once i got my passport back? I would really appreciate if someone confirm this please?

There would be no problem. Let your passport come back after new WP stamping.

Send it for FLR(HSMP) after that, your WP will be cancelled if FLR(HSMP) is successful else WP will not be cancelled.

Yes, should not be a problem... Let you passport come back and apply for FLR(HSMP)
