FLR(M) for Spouse

Post by rzbca » Thu Feb 04, 2016 12:41 pm

Hi Guys,

I need an immediate help regarding FLR M for my wife which I am going to apply any time soon. My situation on earnings are below please advise do I meet the required threshold?

I have one child who is British citizen and I am on ILR

My earning:

My 1st Job: Minimum monthly income in the last 6 months are £185 per month,This job I am on since 2008 permanent
My 2nd Job: Minimum monthly income in the last 6 months are £750 per month,This job I am on since last 7 months permanent

My Partner:
1st Job: Minimum monthly income in the last 6 months are £640 per month,This job I am on since 2008 permanent

Our total income comes upto £18900 which I have calculated as the lowest monthly income in our payslips in the last 6 months. However if we calculate average earning in last 6 months which is around £21000. Also If I qualify could anyone send me a demo employment letter so I can request my employer to provide one on that format. Thanks

Please advise do I qualify for the minimum threshold or not as many solicitors and friends are confusing me and everyone got a different view on this £18600 rule.

Any input will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Regards
