Hi,

Can anybody Applying for EC in India suggest me...I have following queries.........

As part of of my proof of earnings......
I am submitting
1)IT returns for 1 year claim period
2)salary slips for 1 year claim period
3)salary certificate from my employer
4) 6 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS (NOT A SALARY ACCOUNT)

I do not have salary credits in my bank account as I have received the salary through Cash vouchers...

Will this have any affect My EC issuance as I am providing the other three
evidences.

According to HSMP guidelines Home office will accept only IT returns and salary slips as evidence of income.

Bank statements should be provided under exceptional case

Will entry clearance officer keep this in mind while taking a decision in my case............

hello dude

i dont think it wil be a problem.

as you got sal slips thats fine... you can show any other account as savings.

if possible try to make it clear in covering letter.

all the best...
Cheers

I agree, this will be a problem as they want to see proof of salary going into your account. I'd suggest you get something from you employer stating they issue cash vouchers and all the dates they have issued this for you in the past year. Of course this letter should be certified by your employer. I think that should help, but to be honest with you I'm not sure the EC officer will be very comfortable unless solid proof is supplied.
