No Email or BM request what should i do ??

hi all
its been almost 3 weeks since fees was taken from my account but i have received no email of ack and no biometrics request
looking at the timelines in this thread one should get BM or ack in around 3weeks max
i was thinking to write then email about status or should i wait ?
can you guys suggest ? and also can you please tell me the email to be used these days to contact them regarding BM/ack ?

Are you non-EEA citizen? UKVI probably have a deluge of these applications at the moment, due to the looming fee increase and EU referendum as people are rushing to apply for citizenship.

Give it 2 more weeks and if you still haven't heard, email nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Hi euuksl, I also applied on January 13 and received my biometrics letter on January 30 (dated January 28). Best of luck

i just want to share , i am not sure but for me its unbelievable

Applied for EEA (PR) - 13th Jan 2016
Got My Biometric - 12th Feb 2016 (done on the 15th Feb evening)
Got my COA ! - 20th Feb 2016 (dated 18th Feb !

I can't believe that in 3 days of submitting the Biometric i got my COA ! I am a non EEA member
Is there anyone who received COA as fast as this ?

Hi, my situation is similar and I am getting a little concerned about the delay.
I applied for the EEA2 RC ( spouse of an EU citizen ) on the
6/2/2016
payment taken:
9/2/2016

but so far I have received no email of ack and no biometrics request
Should I call them ? reading the forum seems like almost everybody get their biometrics request within 2 weeks from the application date...

i am no expert to give any suggestions but i would wait 4 weeks and then write them an email on there biometric address
