Post by tcpip_helper » Fri Feb 05, 2016 11:54 am

Hi,

this query is on behalf of my friend.

he and his wife is on T1(G) and due to apply for ILR in two weeks time, then they need to travel urgently, so my question is can they include their new born baby in their ILR application (in person) or does she needs to fulfil residence requirement, atm new born baby has no visa or passport she just born in dec 15.

many thanks for your help.

Daughter may be included in parents' SET(O).

Note that daughter cannot travel without a passport.
