I would like to extend my gratitude for Immigrationborads.com moderators for their extended support & help to resolve the application queries.

I have applied my initial Tier-1 General application on 13/07/2010 (visa applied ) and requested for post start date of visa with valid visa start date - 01/10/2010 (visa start date). Landed to UK on 16/04/2011 (landed UK). I was successfully able to extend my visa twice to cover my continuous stay in Tier-1 General. I’m planning to apply my ILR on 18-Mar-16 (based on ILR 28 day rule)

Queries
• Am I eligible to apply on 18-Mar-16 ?
• May I provide cohabitation documents as - previous HMRC & Home office communication, Pay Slip, Telephone bills, Electoral letters, Mobile bills
• Since my employer refused to provide absence certificate, I’m providing a cover letter, air tickets & my payslips.

is 19th March which is a Sunday. If I were you I would pick a date after the 20th March.

Bills / documentation from government organisations or banks are preferred for cohabitation. Gas and electric bills with both your names, council tax bills, bank statements to the same address should all work.
