i need to send euros 950 and original GNIB card for naturalization.

Is it safe to send these with registered post, as I am worried it might get lost ???

Or is it possible I can go in person to the office in Tipperary town ????
Its safe to send it via registered post as you can also track it online with the tracking number that they will provide you in an post, so you'll have an idea if they receive it or not. Don't worry too much about that. I think they have loads of applicants who did that even before.
Just dont go to Tipperary in person and hand them the money yourself=P

"As part of the the 1848 Tricolour Celebrations for 2016 100 applicants for Citizenship will receive their certificates of Nationality at a special ceremony in Waterford City Hall on Friday 4th March. The 100 Applicants have previously been contacted by Citizenship Division and formal invitations will issue shortly" ~INIS
So if you're not included in the 100 applicants invited to the Waterford ceremony, don't get worried as all others who have paid their fee will subsequently be invited to the !5th April ceremony in Dublin city.

My friend is from Co. Waterford. And, as Kingdomman has quoted INIS website, my friend was contacted before by INIS officials about the invitation.

I presume it's too early to expect invitations for Dublin ceremony.

@ Kingdoman: After visiting my local TD office the last time as discussed, I got a letter from the TD office that they will act on my behalf regarding my application, so I decide to visit the office the next day to obtain more details, the lady told me that they must have written out a letter to Justice, she also said as soon as they hear anything, they would contact me. meanwhile, I have an appointment with my local GNIB on Friday to obtain my remainder stamps for just 2 months so I can send it to my solicitor as requested in order to forward it to the department and ask them for a decision on my application, this would be the third time since the application asking them to make a decision on my application. who knows hopefully :) : ). Thanking you & the rest of the members in this forum for your suggestions. I wish we all the best in our Application.

Hello guys again i just wonder if anyone had the same situation or know about it that i applied my cityzenship in 25june EUfam4 stamp 5 years. Second stage letter got in 7th july. My time 5years was completing on august13 but i apllied before date i know but they accepted that and got all those 1st and 2nd stage latter in time. But my visa was finishing in Dec so i emailed to cityzenship on first week nov and got reply that ur application continues to be process nd while it is not possible to give exact time frame......will contact to u when its done.
Now i extended my visa nd emailed them in jan28th and got replythat we r checking reconable residency and character etc the same email as all guys get nd some of them have shared too on here.
@kingdomman, waisoo or anyone I just wonder why they delay my application while i never had any traffic offence no point on licence. Never been to court.
Now Is it posible guys that i could get my approval before April -may.
Thanks Guys really appropriate

It's most likely your application process will only be commenced fully on the date you completed your 5 years residency. So you should count from the date of you completed 5 years residency and then add an average of 6 months to be able to determine when you'll get your approval. Good luck!

Good luck and pls remember to write a personal and passionate letter to the INIS to complement the effort of your local TD.

Whats the basis of your application? (Spouse, 5 years residency, etc.)
Do u have any traffic offences? Or any convictions?

whats the basis of your application star? Its hard to predict the INIS sometimes. Maybe as long as it is still not on the 6 month mark(like what they stated on the letter) then there's nothing to worry about.
