10 years LR- TV licence warning

I am applying for 10 years next months.
I April 2012 TV licence officer enter my flat and I did not have TV licence.
He filled the warning form for me and asked me to buy licence as soon as possible which I did.
No fine or court issue at all.
Will this affect my application or do I need to declare it in my application?

Please gurus help me clarify this issue.
