1- Do I need to show 3 months maintenance funds ( I am on tier 1 General route )
2- I wanted to attached my employer letter for reference that I am full time employee with company - my question is
what address do my employer need to write on top of letter ( Any visa center address , e,gcrydon,Birmingham Cardiff etc).
3-I showed £25000 from my salary and £14000 dividend from my limited company in 2012-2013 (all taxes are paid and updated with HMRC ) My question is do I have need SA302 for dividends ( Normally HMRC doe not issue SA-302 for dividends because SA-302 is only for self-employed ) OR anything else ?
Any help really appreciated .

1. No, not a requirement for ILR
2. No such letter is needed. But use the address of where you are taking / sending your application if you want to use one.
3. Only need to show earnings for the past year.
Do not send me PM's with specific questions - post question in the open forum so others can also benefit from the answers.

But I have been told that HO sometime give you a form and ask you if you have been self employed at last
ext time and if you say yes they ask you to provide you SA302 for self employed, however i not
sure what they ask limited company dividends , I was wondering if anyone know what should I have
handed on appointment date for limited company dividends
Thanks .

Hi Guys,
i am applying my ILR based on completion of 5 yrs under Tier 1 General Visa
My question is , 1 . Do I need a letter from my employer stating that all the holidays were paid or no because
I do have all the payslips which full-fill my required income for points which I needed ?( I haven't had more than 34 holidays in 1 year )
2. Do I need a letter for full 5 years holidays or just for last year which I am calming my income (2015-16)
Thanks in advance .!

Hi Guys,
I have a query regarding absence dates:
I am applying ILR route Tier1 General next month . my question is Do I need to write holidays dates since
my first time Tier 1 General was granted (21 March 2011) or do I have to write the holidays dates when I was on PSW ( post study graduate work) visa and showed my income for Tier 1 General and visa was granted on bases of required income .
Any help appreciated .

You list absence for Tier 1 if you are applying for ILR based on Tier 1.
PSW does not count towards 5 years residence ILR.

Hi,
It should be the same whether you book a weekend appointment or a weekday one.
However a word of caution , with the new fee declared it would be quite difficult to find an appointment within next 10 days for a weekday leave aside a weekend atleast in Croydon.
Regards,
A

There is no 'extra' fee if you apply or can get an appointment on the weekend.

In my point of view you don't need to send it unless they ask for it. If you have already paid it, the they will be able to see it, if they check it.
The application time sale is around 4 to 6 months.
I've one question for you. Which year did you updated? Is it
2010/2011. How long did it took and what is the difference between original and updated SA302? are they look the same?

How can an original and an updated SA302 look the same?
Discrepancies in Tier 1 General tax records are coming under considerable scrutiny and cross-checking with HMRC. I suggest you submit the SA302. You're wise to apply by post.
(Casa, not CR001)

Hey casa, what I meant was if they give you a duplicate of SA302. I know the figures will be different after it is updated.

I took only 4-5 weeks and got updated and it was for 2010-11 .
My total profitable income was £36K when I applied my visa ... but return which was sent to HMRC was low ...!
Now I have declared correct figure which I claimed at first point at HO ...and paid tax on it ...
My new SA302 came with correct figures whatever i sent to HMRC for amendment ..

In my opinion you should include all the SA's available. It will help you to get the decision soon.
I included the SA's while applying for ILR.

Hi Imii,
I have the same case like you, yet to send the amendment and tax repayment. But I heard few cases they are rejecting even after amendment and repay of tax based on deception.
Could any one advice on this please.

Yes it is deception and people are being refused.
