UK SPOUSE VISA NON-SALARIED EMPLOYEE CATEGORY A

Hi
my situation is
# I am working through agency,
# get paid hourly basis & get my payslip every week
# I work 35 hours every week temporary basis and sometime do overtime. So my pay varies depend on how much overtime i do.
# I am doing this job for more then 6 months

My question is
1. Can I apply under category A non-salaried employee?
2. Is it gonna be enough if I show home office last 26 weeks of my earning? Which is more then £9,300

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
