Tier 1 Dependant Extension (In country) docs provided

Just got my wife's visa extended, following docs were provided...

Online application:-

Tier 1 dependant extension (in country);
I was initially on Tier 1 visa when wife came as dependant, now on ILR;

Docs provided:-
Print of completed online application form.
Bank statements to show sufficient funds.
Wife's passport.
1 photo.
My passport/BRP copy (a friend of mine didn't even provide these in his application)
