Hi my dependent employer applied for CoS on 3rd Feb.
So finger cross for 11 Feb result. I am sure point will be not issue but at list we will have idea of our results time from each other.
How about you ? from where and which category are you switching?

Hi guys,

I just wonder how long does it take your employer to get the RCOS approved?

My employer has been applying since the December cycle, but got refused twice. Really don't know what would happen this month. I was holding a tier 5 before, which cannot switch or extend to any other visa type, so I have to go back home in Nov. Now I feel like the longer it takes, the fewer chances there will be.

Well, new employer says they still haven't heard from home office about my CoS, its now 22 Feb. My score was 25. Not sure what to expect, my life seems like its in limbo

I was told today my answer is coming via the postal service back to the company for signing by Friday or Monday, which means theres a decision letter with all the companies original documents. Hope this is a good sign.
