Hi guys
My mrs is soon to apply for flr m extension.
I wanted to ask that to meet the financial requirement of 18600, can i use Child benefit and tax credit which i m applying on my name as i m on ILR..?

Child benefit and tax credits can't be used to meet the minimum income level.

Yes i am claiming the child tax credits in joint names as per the rules
