Tier 2 General - Previous visa rejection reason

Hi Everyone,

It would be great if someone please clarify my below query.

I have a clarification on my Tier 2 visa application where I need to provide the Previous visa rejection reason.

I was working with xyz company and my L1b individual visa has been denied by USCIS during Nov 2014. But I don't have denial reason for the rejection. When i asked about the reason my xyz company immigrant expert told me that they cant share the denial reason as it was denied by USCIS. I had left xyz company last year.

Now, I'm applying for tier 2 where I need to provide previous visa rejection details. I know the my previous visa type, date when it was rejected. But I do not have information about the rejection reason. Please help me what I can fill in?

Hi,

Shall I mention like "My L1B Individual visa was rejected by USCIS and the reason for denial was not disclosed to me from my immigration authorities" in the reason for previous Visa denial?

Could someone please advise on this?

Not everyone will know what 'L1b' is or who 'USCIS' is.

You need to state any refusals you have had.

Since i dont have the denial reason of my previous visa, Can I mention the reference number or receipt number of my previous visa application?

Hi,
The L1B visa is for USA. The petition for this visa was denied by USCIS (US Citizenship and immigration services). It doesn't mean that my visa got denied.

But I have mistakenly chosen "Yes" for the question "HAVE YOU BEEN REFUSED A VISA FOR ANY COUNTRY INCLUDING THE UK IN THE LAST 10 YEARS?". I have completed my online application and also paid all the fees with this wrong answer.

Now i want to change the answer to "No". Since I have completed my online application I couldn't able to make any changes.

Could you please advise on this?
