Can it be a form of an Investment?

Hi everyone,

I'm in Entrepreneur visa since 2013. Since then I have my clients pay money into business bank account as service charge. I have about 20K in that account now. Can that money or part of it be shown as an investment or show as director's unsecured loan?

Please kindly shed some light on it.

No. HO requires evidence (business statements) showing that you have personally loaned the money from your personal account into your business.
