I have also read In the first tier tribunal decision that my original refusal decision was reviewed 2 months before my deadline date. However I received the notification only a week before the deadline. Just goes to show they are just dragging cases unnecessarily.

didnt u check with tribunal when ur review was going as it was advised to check ur review status with Tribunal after

I regularly checked with the tribunal service, no updates was the status till the last minute

2nd time wage was fine and savings, but they wanted me to declare the savings which i said was my wage saved over time as i pay no bills etc and wedding cash gifts but they wanted to know from who. And also my 6th payslip wasn't reflecting in my last bank statement I should have submitted one more bank statement or got it printed from the bank and signed.

Im applying with just cat a (employment) now of £19,200 so it should be successful this time! My son is also over 2 years old now

Definitely worth reapplying, far too long to wait for court!!

DEFO my son will b almost 3 if i go to court and if i win

Below are the dates just to give others an idea.

Had to pay the IHS again. Reapplied on visa4uk. Complete the form made all the payments again user fees and IHS. (User fees will be refunded)
This creates a new GWF which i had to email to them.

Then had to go for biometrics again as previous one expired.

Decision overturned email- 20/01/16
Review deadline - 15/02/16
IHS required email - 28/01/16
Call in letter&call - 04/02/16
Biometrics - 9/02/16
Passport submitted - 10/02/16
WAITING FOR CALL TO COLLECT.

Refused based on Cambridge english test.

Congrats. Did they send u email and asked u to pay IHS fee again? Can you please give me their email address? Thanks

The reason for asking this is because they refunded me IHS fee when my case was refused. I got my decision overturned on 1st feb 2016 then I received the call in letter after 3 days but they did not ask for IHS fee. Gerrys had no idea either how they will take this payment. I submitted my passport yesterday along with tb test and call in letter. Please send me the email you received asking for IHS fee if you can. JazakAllah

Thank you for your application for entry clearance to the United Kingdom.  

As part of the UK Visa online application process you were advised that applications to stay in the UK for longer than 6 months may require a Health Surcharge payment to be made.  Our records show that your original IHS fee was refunded at point of refusal. 

As your application is now being reconsidered you are required to pay a new IHS fee. 

On the 5th of July, we integrated the IHS payment solution into the online application process. Unfortunately, you completed your original online visa application before this date. This means that you cannot update your previous refunded IHS payment and you will need to make a new payment. 

What you need to do next

In order to make your IHS payment, you must now:

• submit a fresh application via http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk and make the IHS payment as part of that process.
• pay your visa fees (including any User Pay fees) again. These will be refunded.
• make an appointment to submit your biometrics at the Visa Application Centre but will not need to attend this appointment.
• Once you have completed this process please send an email to Islamabad.HealthSurchargePayments@fco.gov.uk containing your name, the two GWF references (old and new) and the IHS reference number so that we can process your application and refund the duplicate payments.

Please note that if the new application and payment is not made by 08 February then your application will be refused.  If this is the only reason for refusing your application, you will have to make a new visa application and any new visa fees will not be refunded.

Just an FYI for this having to repay the IHS fee but previously paid on the old system and are stuck, I did not pay the "admin fee" as the visa office at Islamabad suggested as I did not complete the application only up to the IHS section completed THAT and paid for THAT ONLY then sent the reference number off and left the application uncompleted without having to pay the admin fee. My method which was Tiger_girl's method
