Post by HSMP_Appeallant2007 » Sun Dec 09, 2007 11:24 am

Dear All,

My Appeal against HSMP visa refusal has been allowed and I got confirmation letter from AIT, last week. Now I would like to ask you guys what should I do next? I heard I need to get valid HSMP approval letter reprint again. Anybody advise me how to get it? When UK HC send request for a passport letter?

Rgds,

Dear HSMP_Appeallant2007

Please share your timeline

When you got your EC refused
When you appealed
Did you appeal by your own or through consultant
Do you send ur appeal to to BHC in Pakistan or direct to the tribuna
After how long you heard from either the BHC or the AIT,

Your answers to the above queries will help me a lot

Regards

Waheed

Dear Waheed,

1. EC refused on 4 May 2007.
2. Lodged appeal on 28 May 2007.
3. I lodged appeal by my own but with the help of consultant.
4. I sent appeal doc directly to AIT via DHL.
5. Appeal decision took place on 29 Nov 2007 and they allowed me.
6. My appeal was based on paper hearing.

The AIT will notify the Home Office (HOPOU). When the Home Office notify the ECO, the ECO will tell you, you need to then apply to the Home Office (HSMP team) for a reprint.

When I visited BDHC for a biometric scanning, I came to know that I have an interview. So I waited for 1.5 hours, then ECO called my name. Questions were based on my current profession, expected job possibilities in UK and some family relative questions.

Refusal reason was odd that my English ability is demonstrabilty limited this lead that I got HSMP approval fraudulently.

My IELTS band was 6 and my all doc were original. My chance on this weak decision was good so I lodged an appeal and won.
