Did you withdraw your Ireland Application ?? Or also Still in Process ??
Hi, I disagree that there is no other legal action as you could take. You could take the matter forward to the European Court of Justice just likethe McCarthys did however such a process could be very expensive and lengthy. Also by then the UK might not even be in the EU/EEA.Sincejune wrote:Hi.

Hi obieObie wrote:The department can release your application pending consideration of your case.
There are many court cases pending in the court in regards to the delay.
I think the court is seeking to do a lead case and perhaps the department will comply and start acting lawfully.

The judge has twice delayed decision on my JR. The second delay was for the that department of justice was not ready to present the case in the court the judge gave them more time to be fair with department.
What do u think that the judge will decide third time is there any chance of delaying the JR again or the judge will tell them to make a decision on the applications?
