child visa - advice

Post by suhas » Sun Feb 14, 2016 3:07 pm

Hi,

I am ILR holder, and i have a daughter aged 5yrs, she has traveled earlier to UK on Tier 1 Child dependent visa.

Currently she is in India and her Visa is expired.

Please let me know which category of visa to apply and any pointer to visa forms.

thanks
Suhas

What is the visa status of the other parent?

Is the other parent also coming back to the UK?
