i am about apply in last week of this month. i have some question on past earnings.
as my employee PF is not shown in payslip, my CTC in pounds is coming 7475. if i add employee PF it will cross 7500 and i will be entitled for 45 points. what should i do. should i send my joining papers to show that employee PF is included. and i will get 45 points or should i consider only 40 points.

Query regarding earnings...

Post by GKdada » Tue Dec 11, 2007 10:11 am

HI there,

for the year of 2006-2007 I was in Belgium for 6 months. For the assignment in Belgium I got extra special salary along with my gross salary for those 6 months. So sum of all the gross salary for the month from Jan to Dec would be considered as earning for the 2006-2007 for the past earning ?

Please let me know ASAP

clear my doubts previous earning

Post by ShriFunnyGuy » Sat Jan 31, 2009 12:12 am

Hi Everybody,

Could you please spare a few moments to clear my doubts?

I am an employee of an Indian company. I am on deputation and working in NL on a work permit for 10 months(09/06/2008 - 31/03/2009). Every month, I get paid living expenses in NL and salary is paid in India in Indian currency.

Currently i want to process Tier 1, after consulting consultant he said , this year i'm not eligible because i'm not satisfying 75 point for previous earning + Education + Age. I stopped to Process Tier 1.

As Per consultant following points
1) My Age is 32 = 0
2) Degree = 30
3) Previous income =30( 01/01/2008 to 30/05/2008= salary Rs. 360000=25 and Rs 360000(01/06/2008-31/12/2009) in Pounds=4800 and Euros 1950*6=9540=Pounds 9000)

Total =60(2 +3)

3) bank Balance Maintenance =10
4) English = 10

As Per me following points
1) My Age is 32 = 0
2) Degree = 30
3) Previous income =45( 01/01/2008 to 31/12/2008= Rs 800000=10666 * 5.3)
Total =75 (2 +3)
3) bank Balance Maintenance =10
4) English = 10

Pls can any body clarify which is correct

1. Could you please let me know whether I can claim points for salary paid in India in Previous earnings category.

Can I show income from both the countries or just income from India?

2. Can I submit three months India bank statement as a proof to support minimum maintenance funds (£2800) in Maintenance category?

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

help me

Post by u4r21 » Fri Feb 27, 2009 2:38 pm

HI
I applied for tier one general and i showed my income from 18th january 2008 to 17th january 2009. my problem is i got paid 18h january 2008 and 17th january 2009 because i am getting paying every 28 days. so i put 14 salary slips for that period. but still i got paid with in that period.

i would like to know if i show that period is that count for 12 months or is that more than 12 months and can i get paied start date and end date for that period?

please help me quick as possiable

Thank you

Its not when you get paid your salary, is for what period of time you got paid for. Your payslip should say for which month or time period each particular salary payment is for. Hence, as long as each of your payslip shows you have been paid for 28 days of work, then yes, you are proving that you have 14 payslips over a year than 12. But please make sure this is clear when you apply as caseworkers might just automatically assume that each payslip corresponds to a full month.

Past Earnings

Post by s_sahil » Tue Apr 07, 2009 8:20 pm

Hello Friends,

I wanted to know about the verification process, which might delay my application approval and also the points calculation.

I have submitted earnings from my contractual employers in my application.

I have all the supporting evidence from the employer and the bank statement. But there is a problem that eventhough the bank statements and employer record match perfectly, one of my employer had paid me a cheque from a personal account and not the company account.

Does the visa officer bother with this? My question is

1) do they bother to check with the bank, from where the cheque originated, even though i have submitted my original bank statement and original company service certificate? or a verification check with the company is enough?

2) and if they do som is it an issue for them if the cheque is not from a company account but from the personal account of the employer, as the contract was a small duration contract only for a startup firm.

Kindly help me, as i am unable to ascertain my points clearly due to this dillemma.

Regards,
Sahil
