Thank you wanderer! I would like to ask another thing in financial requirements, the £18,600 that stated there is that after tax or before?

Unless the £18,600 is from self-employed earnings, in which case it is the nett amount after allowable business expenses have been deducted. i.e the amount on which HMRC calculate tax due.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Hi Good day,

One thing I would like to ask because I'm confuse. I'm from Philippines, is this the form that we need to use? 1. family settlement application form (VAF4A December 2013)
2. financial requirement form ( Appendix 2 ( VAF 4A December 2013)
3. sponsorship undertaking form (SU07/12)

I just wondered because in part 6. said "You can only apply for this visa if you’re outside the UK. ". You must apply online for this visa and the form that stated above is for North Korea. Do we need any form to use?

Please. I am really sorry. I hope you understand I'm under stress now.
Thank you.

It's an online application. Paper form is for North Korea.

https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/apply

SU07 from is NOT required for a spouse visa.

Don't forget to pay the immigration health surcharge.
