Urgent help needed please.

Post by Sincejune » Wed Feb 17, 2016 6:35 am

Hi everyone
As my husband has has all the required documents to apply for me for uk spouse visa.

My husband who's British have also applied for Irish EUTR accompany spouse visa about eight months ago for me, up to no answer from Ireland saying keep waiting.

My question again is that if we don't cancel or withdraw Irish application, will this Irish application have prejudice or impact in decision making on her uk visa application?

Because On the uk spouse visa application form there is a question which asks have you applied for any other visa recently. If we say yes we have an application with the Ireland.

Will the U.K. Entry clearance officer say why have you applied for a uk visa if you are moving to Ireland with pending EUTR visa?

The reason we don't want cancel or withdraw our Irish EUTR visa application becuase we don't to take the risk by getting refused by the UK for any other reason and we will lose both applications.

Please senior moderaters help. Thanks in advance.

Its totally up to u. I think its better to wait for Irish application to be processed first in this case. Or if u have too much strong case for uk visa then its ur decision to go for it or not. I do not think someone can help you out in this matter. Its always going to b ur personal decision dear.

Thanks

Thank you for reply.

I think Irish visa will take much longer.

Can any one make two visa applications at the same time?
