We are to apply in May for ILR based on Tier 1 - General

Can we used IELTS General for ILR for My Mrs. ?

I think you need 4 in both speaking and Listening.

Yes you can. IELTS at B1 level is required for ILR which means she needs to score min 4.0 in all the categories.
