Payslips

Post by azo » Sun Feb 21, 2016 7:16 pm

Due to me being unemployed in the 4 weeks to the run up my wifes visa renew, I am wondering if, and I would like to, include all the wage slips for the last 12 months which show me earning over £18,600. Would this cause any problems (I am still wondering what Category to take A or B for the financial requirement (I am thinking B as I will be claiming benefits)) if they only require the last 6 months worth and I give them 12 month or if I chose the wrong financial Category for FLR(M)?

Regards

You need to be employed at the point of application as well as the 6-12 months prior to.

Thank you, I am unlikely to be employed at the time of the visa application given my qualifications and the size of my town.

I am not going to meet 6-12 months in "going employment part of it" but I would had been in 1.5 years of permanent employment come March 11th (when my notice comes to an end) with my last payslip being 31 March and my wifes visa running April 25.

We were planning using the one day service around about 15 April given that it would take xxx day for the March bank statement to come through and a P45 proving earning, but I am not so sure if they will write me a letter. I am hoping that because I had gross earning in the period 1 April to 31 March of over 21K and that I have about 25K in savings that along with only me claiming JSA that I can prove I can live ok for like 1.5 - 2.0 years given my outgoings and given that I have only would had been unemployed for a short time, that there is a chance that its successful. I did briefly speak to an immigration service about my situation and they told me I did have a good chance that it can be successful as my employment would only be a short period and they don't like long term unemployed people.
