Spouse Visa - Qualifications

Im am wanting to sponsor my wife to join me in the UK. As yet, my wife does not intend to work in the UK and all maintenance and accommodation will be provided by me. Do we still need include my wife's qualifications from abroad with the application?

Also what forms of evidence can we submit to prove that we have the intention to live together permenantly?
