Confusion**PIO card issued Dec 2014**Confusion

Hi,
I had a PIO card issued on Dec 2014 from London. I heard that I have to convert this into OCI before March. Is this mandatory as I read some blogs stating they did not encounter any issue.

Please can some one confirm if this is true and the procedure as I need to travel to India.
