Hope everyone is fine. My actual deadline is 24/02/16 (Today) but there still has not beenany updates. Rang tribual yesterday and they also have no updates. I had also emailed them directly last week but they are saying my case has not been reviwed yet. I think it will go to court.

I have already posted my reason for refusal on page 58 of this thread, but to save you from going back to it, I have copied and pasted it below:

"My reason for refusal was soo stupid, I am currently and have been employed by 1 company since 2013 and I am earning £22,000 p.a. and I supplied my employment contract, a letter from my employer and 6 months of wage slips & bank statements and the reason they gave for refusal was that I work for 3 different employers and earning less than £18,600!!!
Upon consulting with my lawyer we came to the conclusion that my documents were misplaced with someone else's and they have refused on that basis.
Which is outrageous as we pay so much in fees for them to not mess up like this. I am paying for a stupid mistake that they made."

I hope that helps and don't worry as much as I did, my review deadline was 15th Feb and when emailing them they told me that they had just started to review on that date! I got the email for withdrawal on 22nd Feb. A week after my review deadline.
So email them every few days and explain how devastated you and your spouse are, also it is beneficial if you have a child. I am just writing from my experience but other than that I will dua for you and for everyone else to receive good news very very soon, In Sha Allah

Salaam, first of all thank you for everyone's dua and I will continuously make for those still going through this process.
Secondly I got a reply earlier on today saying they have overturned their decision for refusal. I have copied and pasted their response:
"I am writing to inform you that the decision to refuse your visa application has been overturned and you will hear from the Islamabad post in due course. Please find attached a decision withdrawal letter which has also been sent to the tribunal."

And the attached letter:
"Re: Your appeal against the decision to refuse entry clearance
We are writing to inform you that, having reviewed the decision on your application, it has been decided to withdraw the refusal of entry clearance dated 26 August 2015. You will be notified of the new decision in due course.
The reason for withdrawing the decision is based on the fresh evidence submitted at appeal.
The post who made the original decision on your application will contact you regarding the submission of your passport.

This letter is being copied to the Tribunal.

Mashallah really happy for you, once your husband gets here you will need to apply for the three year visa (FLR) but that after two years in the mean time enjoy your time together[/quote]

I know I am familiar with the system but that didn't stop them refusing me 2x and me making a further appeal. What happens if the 33 months are up and he gets refused for 2nd visa? my husband will be deported right?

Right now, I don't want to think too much about that, we will see when the time comes lol it is still very far away. I am still very very grateful to Allah and everyone who remembered me in their duas right now. Like you said, in the mean time I just need to enjoy the blessing Allah has given us and be thankful for everything

Hey guys! My review dealine is 14th april i involved my local mp so my mp sent an email to them and after theree weeks mp got reply frm them that thy will take decision in couple of days.I also sent expedite letter to tribunal and isb bhc.So plZ everyone pray fr me i really need thm nw.Thanks!

Oh my god this is insane, I attended my court hearing in Bradford a month ago, there were only 4 hearings scheduled for that day, the court was empty. My solicitor said that a couple of years ago it was normal to see 20 hearings listed for one day. Don't know why they are dragging cases on this long.

I've tried but he said he couldnt email Home Office as appeals dont relate to it.
Did u involve a solicitor to write strong grounds of Appeal ?
Did u accept ur fault for not providing Appendix form (as its a requirement ) ??
On what grounds did u send an expedition request ?

Getting your MP involved is a waste of time in my opinion, I not only contacted my local MP I visited here office twice with my case, I received no correspondence from her at all. It was a complete and utter waste of time.

Brother , requested to MP several times but he said Home office refrence number u should have to deal with.
I Know its his lame excuses but what else I can do as how much help we can expect from these conservative representatives.
May ALLAH help us all he is a great planner .
kindly pray for me as we both should to listen in a coming week. In sha Allah, It will be positive for both of us .
We all suffering a lot but in most cases we have no faults as in my case all paper work everything was complete they did it intentionally to refuse my application.

Do you have legal representation? If so he/she should know by now what the outcome of your review is. From experience if your review had been successful you would have received a call to submit your passport for issue of visa.

Sister why u dont check with Tribunal service, according to my thinking ur refusal had been upheld since two months earlier and bhc had posted ur appeal bundle to court because these documents are sent by Tribunal not BHC.
do check with Court about the outcome Or do email at

Really feeling strange then who have sent u ur documents back.if ur documents returned then how bhc will review it ??
