So I assume I need £25,662 ( 14.10 X 35 X 52 ). please correct me if I am wrong?
Yes, you can prorate you salary if your contracted to work 35hrs a week , so 26k for 35hrs/wk is acceptable.can I prorated my salary like I mentioned to match requirement or I must have to earn £28,600 no matter I do 35 hours or 39? also for guaranteed bonus do we need to mention the date when it will be paid?
Thankyou one last thing on my first Tier 2 visa I was working 37.5 hours and now on extension its 35 hours can it be a problem?Frontier Mole wrote:Based on your information your pre rata salary will meet the SOC requirement.

The reasons are unclear, it may be due to inexperience &/or incompetence or lack of training somewhere along the line. Sorry you mean incompetence of my employer?
Note: I have moved your post as its considered inappropriate and rude to hijack another post.
It also causes jumbling and confusion of responses with the other post.

At my first application on COS I was working 37.5 hours , now I work 35 hours a week can it be a problem?justdopposite wrote:Yes, you can prorate you salary if your contracted to work 35hrs a week , so 26k for 35hrs/wk is acceptable.can I prorated my salary like I mentioned to match requirement or I must have to earn £28,600 no matter I do 35 hours or 39? also for guaranteed bonus do we need to mention the date when it will be paid?
No need to mention the date of bonus payment
