Family life partner - does it take 10 yrs

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum.
I'm planning to apply for family life as a partner under 10 year route.
This is my first time to apply for this category and just wondering do I have to live in the UK for 10 years to qualify to apply on this category?

No, it's 10 years before you get permanent residency.
