I would like to take my partner with me whom I am going to marry within a year. He is also separated. Financially I can support him with my salary. Later I will take my son post this academic. Which visa will be right for my partner and what are the documents required. Please advice me.

Tier 2 Dependant, but you both need to be divorced or widowed I fear. Also you need two years proof of living together in a relationship akin to marriage.

He needs to prove with documentary evidence, what his personal and financial circumstances are in his home country and what personal ties he has (job, property, family, savings, etc). He needs to convince HO that he is a 'genuine visitor'. A few months is not considered 'visiting' it is considered 'residing'.

Be aware that HO are very aware of migrants trying the visit visa route for various reasons (circumventing the immigration rules) rather than apply for the dependent visas. There have been a lot of refusals for visit visa in the last year.

Be aware a visit of several months is tantamount to residing.
This is not the purpose of a visit visa.

If you deny or play down a relationship in order to procure a visit visa it will not go well if you later apply for a visa based on a relationship;
ie the same relationship that you previously denied.

And if you broadcast the fact of a relationship during the application for a visit visa it is not likely to fly (due to HO not believing the visitor will go back home).

In a nutshell HO does not offer visas for long-distance relationships nor boyfriend/girlfriend type relationships.

Haven't you discussed salary with your prospective employer? What 'allowances' do you have in mind? Allowances provided by the employer?

Hang on, so they don't even have a licence to sponsor yet? Seems like the gun is being jumped here, if they get the licence, they have to conduct a local labour test to prove no local or EU person is suitable for the role, and one would assume there are plenty of admin folks about looking for jobs, especially in the North.

I don't believe for one moment that the job is likely to meet NQF6 requirements. I also have a doubt as to the genuiness of the prospective Sposor and feel the poster is likely to be the victim of a scam.

Actually they hold a licence but I was unable to produce the documents on time for proceeding of visa so instead of extension they have applied for new work permit. Yes. They frequently recruit people from India. In terms of my experience, I have experience of running a complete inbound and outbound customer care for around 4 years, administrating it completely. And also posses good computer skills and have been reporting my boss. So now seeking a role of admin, manager or Secretary since I am experienced all those roles. Allowances means house rent allowance etc., being a bread earner of the family and my current situation I badly require a job in uk

As Wanderer has posted above, your admin/management skills don't appear on the shortage list and I would be astounded if the employer was unable to fill the post with an UK/EU applicant.

In UK you can expect a salary. Out of that you would pay living and housing costs.
Its unclear why you would expect a company to pay your rent separately

Very surprising such roles cannot be filled by English-speaking EU graduates (or UK people). Has RLMT process been followed and fulfilled?

Putting it bluntly the role you are expecting does not qualify for NQF6 so whatever is happening is not within the Sponsor Duties.

You say you "are joining" a A rated company. If you are, you don't even know what salary & allowances they have offered you for the job!!!!
If the employer doesn't have a license, how do you know it is a "A" rated sponsor?
If they have a license already, why are they applying for a license (again)?
They can't issue a CoS unless they have conducted the mandatory resident labor market test, interviewed you and have made an offer to you ... which would mean that you should know what salary and allowances they are ready to pay you for the job! And if a rCoS is yet to be issued how can you join "next month"??

They are applying for a licence and it is in final stage and they are paying today.... To apply for licence you pay up front not a the final stage. Nonsense.

One question... Are you being asked to pay for fees / admin costs for your application.

This seems a lot like a scam. One obvious red flag would be if you had to pay for your sponsorship which is against the rules.

There is no rule about who pays for the licence or subsequent COS. There are a good number of Sponsors who pass on the costs to their employees. There is nothing in the guidance that states this is unacceptable or breaches the guidance.

Fees upfront paid overseas is normally the scam operated. Plus a false COS does the job too.
