My question is why they taking interview in Retain of own right??
And what type of question they ask??
Because after divorce just applicant invite for interview ??
And also if HO is not satisfied what happend ??

BUT IM STILL CONFUSED THAT HOW CAN THEY VERIFY THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ONCE YOU ARE DIVORCED AND NO LONGER LIVE WITH YOUR EX PARTNER AND DONT KNOW WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR EX.

IF THEY INVITE YOU FOR THE INTERVIEW ALONE, I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS THEY WOULD ASK TO YOU TO DETERMINE THAT IT WAS NOT A MC.

THANKS A LOT FOR THE LINK , WHICH I READ THROUGH, IT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXPLAINS THAT HO CAN CALL ROR APPLICANTS FOR INTERVIEW WHETHER THERE IS A SUSPICION OF SHAM MARRIAGE.

BUT ANYONE WHO WAS IN GENUINE RELATIONSHIP, NEED NOT TO FEAR FROM ANY INTERVIEW AS THEY CAN SATISFY HO OFFICERS THAT THEIR RELATIONSHIP WAS GENUINE, AND IN RETURN HO WILL ALSO HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING THE APPLICANT RIGHT TO STAY IN THE UK....

I WAS MARRIED TO MY PARTNER WHO IS A EEA NATIONAL FOR 5YRS, BUT RECENTLY GOT DIVORCE
I WAS ISSUED INITIAL 5YRS WITH MY DAUGHTER FROM ANOTHER WOMAN.

Did you fulfill all the conditions for ROR? Means did you submit all the required documents for ROR application?

my apologies about the capital letters.

As regards meeting all their conditions, i would want to believe i did, as i currently have a lawyer representing me, my ex wife still works so shes excising her treaty rights, now and when the divorce was done.

my timeline is:

1. Application for ROR sent 06/08/2015
2. Application received 07/08/2015
3. Biometrics done 01/09/2015
4. Coa received with permission to work 07/12/2015
5. letter for interview received to 04/02/2016

@djchoclate its was everything fatimahh said in her earlier post and all her likely questions, so my advice is keep it very shot cus every answer generates another question
