ILR REFUSED APRIL 2015

hi,
applied for ilr jan2016 , refused at Sheffield because of HMRC record wasnt updated , now updated HMRC record and applied for Admin review and waiting for reply, not sure what to do next , been advised for fresh application and also JR, not sure what to do?

Go for JR if Admin review is refused. Consult a good solicitor or a barrister. I saw that someone has re applied and his case was accepted but depends if they return all your documents etc. I would suggest that you Must consult with solicitor or a good barrister before applying a fresh application within 28 days window because if your JR is strong GLD wont even contest that and withdraw the case.

I am still waiting for my ILR decision, the assessment discrepancy has also been amended today by HMRC after 3 months. I will send that as soon as i receive them to caseworker in case she don't decide my case in due course.

I Have exact similar case like yourself I am also waiting for my decision. Please could you explain when did you go to Sheffield and what additional document did they ask for? Also did you go with solicitor ? it will be good to be in touch as we both are in exact same boat...

As I went PEO last Friday and caseworker ask me send Sa302 in 14 days time,the problem is still hmrc record not updated.

After you sent Hmrc your amendments did you disclosed this in you application. I guess deception is where such info has not be disclosed by yourself not for rectifying the errors in your returns for previous years. Am I right in saying this?

it depends on luck , few cases were refused even after amendments , and in AR you can only write 1000 words no attachment

need ur suggestion i am in same situation like u with a month left to apply for my ilr if i amend my tax now it will be fix in 2-3 mths; so what u suggest? tell HO in covering letter or wait for them to identify and then tell them? please help.
