That is such an important body (?????) that its website says :-
This web site, as you see, is still under construction. But if you like what you see and read so far, and want this dynamic relationship to continue, please send us a donation.
:o

About as useful for traveling as a library card.
The mandate for the WORLD PASSPORT is Article 13(2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
The right to leave any country is no good if you don't have the right to enter any country.
In a few years time we'll look back on immigration control like we look back on American prohibition in the thirties - futile and counter-productive.

I agree with the "library card" comment.

If still interested, spend a couple of bucks and read "Passport to Freedom: A Guide For World Citizens " by Garry Davis (used copies cost about $2 on Amazon.com)

Garry Davis is the one who created the "world passport" and the book tells of his adventures using it including being jailed and deported in various countries. At least he's honest enough to tell the truth about the usefulness of his document.

There havebeen rare cases in which this document has worked in many countries, but the same can be said of false passports, or perhaps even library cards accompanied by the same amount of money that you ould spend on a "world passport"
