Is anyone out there

Is anyone out there who has actually applied after the language requirement changed in Nov'15 using old B1 certificate (used for ILR) and received approval.

Couple of posts here suggest that they have been refused and with NCS appointment booked for Monday, I need to decide whether to go ahead or postpone and spend £150 on new tests?

Using this topic to gather thoughts which hopefully could help others too :|

So did I. Well, aliens one way or the other.

Incipits were quite common once, but are used in the main only in papal documents (bulls and the like) nowadays.
