Planning to File Case against INIS Delays

Post by Mohib16 » Wed Mar 02, 2016 8:58 am

Hi,

Anybody interested in hiring a solicitor in Ireland to file a case against INIS for the delays in processing EU dependent application (under directive) in Pakistan. I am thinking if anybody else interested, we can file a combined case.

Gurus/moderators please reply if this is an appropriate action. I have been waiting for almost 7 months for outcome of my dependent parent application submitted in sep 2015.

I have been writing to INIS visa office and recently have submitted complaint for the same. I did submit my brothers case in August and still awaiting response.

I am also working to see how to challenge this delay under directive 2004/38/EC.

We could certainly work together and see what can be done over it?

The thread below might be of interest. An indication on how this route is under the spotlight.

Its been severe delays but have you written to them?

I've been waiting for more than 15 weeks and no response yet.

Hi,

yes I have sent number of email and always getting standard response. I tired to contact Solvit and they said they cannot help in this.

I would suggest to find some local solicitor and then we can file a combined case about these delays.
