Does anybody know know if all the referees are contacted or do they do that randomly on a number of cases?
Because my boss hasn't been contacted at all and I applied 3 months ago

Not all referees are contacted.
(Casa, not CR001)

Referees are only contacted if/when a caseworker sees fit to do so.
