Hi Guys,
Hope you are all aware the fees are changing from 18th March 2016, And i am not getting booking through my Council NCS can i book with other council NCS ?

You can use any NCS, it does not have to be the one at your local council.

I have final query regarding the referee sign as they have mention 1st referee as professional standing and other as British national.
I have manage to arrange below referee as per your experience can you advice which i should use. 1st and 2nd Referee.

> Teacher & Friend (British passport)
> Post office official (British Passport) and Neighbor

As long as they are both over 25 and have known you for 3 years.

Post office official referee known only for last 6 months ?
Teacher & Friend referee know for more than 3 years

Yes. Referee doesn't even have to put the passport details and can write 'details available on request'. Although probably better to put them in.

A referee does not have to disclose their passport information and can put 'provided on request'.

A Teaching Assistant isn't on the approved referee list and isn't the same profession as a Teacher (which is on the list).
(Casa, not CR001)
