Work permit Applications vs HSMP applications

In Border and Immigration Agency website (www.workingintheuk.gov.uk), They're mentioned current version of Work permit applications should be acceptable only upto 17th december. is that mean current version of HSMP applications also acceptable only upto 17th december? or that means only Work permit applications?

It only says about WP applications so yes just the WP applications
