In thoery you could. I know a friend who had a similar case like yours and his HSMP was approved. It all depends on the caseworker really. I guess nobody in the forum can confirm that this is all right. If you had enough points through your NET probably it's the safest bet for deputation cases like yours. Anyways there is no harm in giving it a go.
