EEA PR on Expired passport

Dear All,

I got PR but my passport was expired and I got new passport, till now I have not transferred my PR to new. Now I got job so my employer asking for document to prove my status in UK. Is this still valid if I show my PR on expired passport>

Yes, unless a grant of ILR, a permanent residence card in an expired passport provides an employer with the statutory excuse. See the guide linked to from acceptable right-to-work documents: an employer's guide.
