Hi,

Will it be better to apply under the current rules or should I wait for the new rules till March ?

What could be the possible pros and cons of both...?

It is better if you could apply now ....... Rigorous drive to discourage immigration will be put in place the next march onwards ....bye

But will I not have to meet all the new set of rules also once they are introduced or we will be exempted from them once they are implemented as it will be for all new applications ?

I am not senior but I am just trying to share my opinion. If you meet the point criteria and have got any evidence needed, U should apply now. The history have shown now they are trying to limit the No. of people from Non EU countries by impying new rules.

So if i apply now, get my HSMP and EC done and then plan to come after March to UK, will it be fine ?
Or will I have to come to UK before the new rules are applied ?
