Any news sis..? anyone one on the forum whose deadline in April.?
yes great news of having UNSUCCESSFUL review and now waiting for court date.
what a injustice one woman on facebook got overturned her refusal and she had same refusal reasons which I have.
In my case ECO didnt even bother to just minus refunded amount from gross salary paid by mistakenly and I refunded it next day even then ECO ignored all strong evidences once again .
please pray for me feeling extremely shattered.
anyone know when I will get my appeal bundel ??
@asif brother u are not in ur 8th months infact now they are counting after review deadline so in ur case you are in 5th month of waiting .please correct me if I'm wrong as Tribunal and many people have told me the samep
My bundle arrived 2 weeks before my court date, lots of documents were missing

Whether the communication between partners must relate even before the marriage or it should be after marriages? And usually how many months communication they need for subsisting marriage but again question that if the UK sponsor immediate apply spouse visa after marriage then there will be almost no or very little communication. Few members said that birthday card, valetine cards, marriage cards are more convincing than electronic communication which can be manipulating but the hand written cards can more easily manipulated then how it convince more???
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

In my opinion greetings cards even without any written message carry more weight than any electronic type of communication, if they contain a hand written message they almost certainly outweigh a pile of whatsapp messages printouts, ECO not going to read through them, a simple card means a lot, in my case I had interflora deliver flowers to my wife in Pakistan at a cost of £60. I made 2 applications, not once was the relationship questioned. Simples!!!

I want to ask anyone on this forum , after submitting his/her passport with call in letter , received any email from Islamabad about processing visa application and collecting it? or they just received call from Visa Application Center?

specially (Raymandosnr and Rosie)
W Salaam,

After you submit your passport, you need to pay IHS (NHS Surcharge) if it was refunded when ur visa was refused. Once you have made the payment, they will call you to collect your passport. Please see posts from @rosie.x and myself on page 64 of the forum to get an idea about the whole process.

JazakAllah
Salaam

I and my friend made IHS payment at the same day, he received email at 2-03-2016 (your UK visa application has been processed ) he also submitted call in letter with passport.

According to previous posts from anyone who submitted call in letter received call not processed email.

I am little bit confused, and still waiting for call or email like my friend.

JazakAllah
Dont wait for call just make the payment and send it to "Islamabad.HealthSurchargePayments@fco.gov.uk" and if you paid using the old system , just make a new visa for Uk application fill it all in all the way to the IHS section , fill that i and make that payment and use that IHS reference number and send it to that email address i posted along with your original application number, name date of birth etc. Don't finish of Visa4UK form just like it like that

If you made your application before the introduction of the IHS fees, you do not have to pay them now

But how about if a person has been married with arrange marriage by parents and both partners and of course before marriage both partners don't know each other. But immediate after wedding if the UK partner apply for spouse visa of its partner then what type/length of communication mode/source the eco will need to justify that the marriage is continue and subsisting.
Visa application will be made upon your return to the UK and most certainly will now be made as soon as you get off the plane, this should give you time to accumulate some sort of correspondence to prove marriage is genuine and subsisting.

i am waiting for my Hearing in April but i didn't receive any bundle yet, I Have contacted Home office and they said they sent them to the tribunal and Had no control in serving them . I've contacted the tribunal and they said they are not going to send anything other than the notice of Hearing therefore i am confused and i prepare my appeal without knowing what maybe inside this bundle and are they gonna send it or no if yes when please?

@saturn123789

You and solicitor should start preparing your appeal on the original grounds of refusal, try including itemised phone bills, birthday, Valentine's and anniversary cards. You should also include a witness statement from both of you, this should be faxed to the tribunal one week before the hearing together with any evidence you will be relying on in court, the judge will have this infront of him on the day. You shouldn't worry too much about the bundle as you are fully aware of the reasons for refusal. Good luck!!
