28 Days for ILR

I have got a quick question about 28 days rule. I have got my initial Tier 1 on 25/05/2011. So I just want to clarify the exact date when I can go for ILR, Is that 27/04/2016 or 28/04/2016 I am eligible to apply my ILR

How on earth are you Highly Skilled if you cant count 28 days backwards from when you landed in this country. Count it lad not that difficult. Just Breath and count when you landed here, count 28 days backwards, get your papers ready and go apply.

Hey, thanks for your time.
I would like to go for a PEO on the first eligible day for ILR which made me to post this question in the boards. Ignorance can't be counted as innocence and I don’t want my application getting rejected for this simple reason. I would like to know whether it is 28th day prior from the initial visa date ?

Thanks for your prompt reply. I am here right from the day 1 of my Tier 1 General which is 25/05/2011.
